Modelling this Ethernet switch (not my design) gave me an opportunity to explore Solidworks' ability to create parts in context.

This means that if the casing was modelled to be 10mm larger in every direction than the printed circuit board, when the PCB size changes so does the casing. 'Relative' rather than 'absolute' values in AutoCAD language.
